WORK WITH ME

Relocation Buyers

We’re Glad your Here

Welcome to the Twin Cities

City or suburb? Walkable neighborhood or close to work? What about schools? When you’re relocating to a new city, it can feel very overwhelming. You have to find a new home in a new place when you still don’t know your way around.

To relieve the stress, you need someone with local knowledge to guide you in your home search.

I’m a Minneapolis native and a Twin Cities Realtor®. I know my way around the neighborhoods of Minneapolis and St. Paul, and many of the surrounding suburbs as if I’d lived here all my life (well, most of it, anyway).

I also know what it’s like to move somewhere new. Montana. New York. Washington. I’ve kicked around a bit, but I’ve come back to the Twin Cities because this place has so much to offer.

As your local market expert, I can help you find the right home, in the right location, so you can feel right at home here too.

My Stress-Less Relocation System is designed see the obstacles and smooth the road so you can find your way home–to find the home that’s right for you.

Be sure to check out the Areas tab above for more information on some great Minneapolis Communities.

Trout made a difficult time bearable

“Trout made a difficult time bearable and gave me hope when the house-hunting process wasn’t so kind. Thank you Trout for all you did to make my home buying experience so successful!”

– C. Labine (buyer)

The Stress-Less Relocation System

Your Guide to the Twin Cities

There’s a reason they say the most important thing when buying real estate is “location, location, location…”

Location really is the most important feature of a home. You can paint the walls, change the flooring, you can even add on. But you can’t change the location (at least not without a LOT of work.)

My Stress-Less Relocation System is designed to help you find the right home in the right location for you.

As your local market expert, I know which neighborhoods and cities are up and coming, which ones hold their value, and where there are opportunities for a good–or a great–deal.

With video showings and contact-free closings, you can view available homes for sale, attend home showings on your phone or laptop, and close the deal before you even arrive.
